Welcome to SattvaAmrita. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order with us. By accessing our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “SattvaAmrita”, “us”, “we”, or “the company” refer to SattvaAmrita, and “you” refers to the individual accessing or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Singapore law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Approved payment method(s) will be displayed on our website at checkout.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Product Availability & Descriptions

Product availability may change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

Our sourdough and artisanal products are made using traditional methods and natural fermentation. As such, variations in size, shape, colour, or texture may occur and are part of the natural process. These variations do not affect product quality.

Images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly from the images shown.

4. Self-Collection Only

We do not offer delivery. All orders are available for self-collection only.

Collection days and time slots are as specified during checkout. Please follow your selected collection day and time strictly. We are not responsible for any loss of product quality if you collect your order much later than the scheduled time slot.

For self-collection, please present your order confirmation.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Order cancellations may be requested within the stated timeframe indicated at checkout or by contacting us directly. Cancellation requests are only accepted while your order is in “Pending” state. Once the order preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Since all orders are available for self-collection only, please check your order carefully at the time of collection. If you notice any incorrect or damaged items, please notify us immediately at the collection point before leaving. We will not accept any returns, refunds, or replacements after you have collected and left with your order.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

While we take utmost care in preparing our products, our kitchen handles ingredients such as gluten, nuts, dairy, and other allergens.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Customers with serious allergies or dietary concerns are advised to contact us before placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number and login credentials.

We use One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for account access. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and product descriptions, belongs to SattvaAmrita or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Singapore. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, SattvaAmrita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
